Abstract: A focus of the Knowledge Management is shown that includes the production of this, in three study objects: administration of the innovation; administration of the science, the technology and the innovation; and administration of the intellectual property in the Cuban socialist enterprice. This projection allows that the GC is part of the proposed change, because the action on each object that is on what you acts to generate the wanted change, contemplates it. This favors that during the whole investigation actions are made in this respect.
